KICK OFF FOR THE GIVE JACOB A CHANCE BENEFIT

ALL ABOUT ME BOUTIQUE will hold a kick off fundraiser on May 17th from 11-4. 11015 S. Kedzie Ave. 20% of all sales will be donated to the Give Jacob a chance fund.
Jacob lives with his Mom, Dad, and older brother in Mt. Greenwood. He attends Blair school in Chicago Jacob was born 2 months early. He was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy, cortical visual impairment and seizue disorder.
These upcoming fundraisers will enable Jacob to receive medical treatments that may make Jacob more independent. Please help us to help Jacob help himself!! Stay tuned!!
