The Anise seeds are what make this. If you make too much, freeze it and make more pizza later, or add another can of tomato sauce and make a great pasta sauce.
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 cans tomato sauce (16 oz)
2 teaspoons anise seeds freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/8 cup parmesan/romano cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon italian seasonings
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup sugar
Grind the anise seeds. Mix it all together. Spread on the dough. Top with whatever you want.
